10 Day Cleanse - Results Are In

Oh that moment when summer comes to an end and you realize "what the heck did I do to myself?" Reality comes charging in so fast just to smack you right in the face!  I mean seriously, why can't I eat like crap and drink whenever I want without consequences anymore?  It aint like it was when I was in my twenties, that's for sure!  This forty something chick needs to watch it and that's why I am soooo happy that I found something that helps me bounce back in as little as 10 days!  These quick 10 days I got rid of 6 POUNDS and 9 INCHES and it shows!  I couldn't be more happy with my results and thats why I am screaming it from the rooftops!

Chest - 33" to 32"
Waist - 30" to 27"
Hips - 36" to 33"
Thigh - 19" to 17"

Do you ever find yourself looking into the mirror gazing at your body, wondering where the old you  went?  Ya, me too!  Like where the hell did that hot chick go?  I remember a time when I literally sat on the floor crying because I had no clothes that fit, I felt depressed, my skin looked like crap and all I could do was... NOTHING!!!!  I mean when I said nothing fit, I mean I had a fascination with browsing every store that had maxi dresses, maxi skirts, and anything that would hide the belly (just like the elastic pants, lol).

Here's the great news... 10 DAYS!  Yes, just 10 days I was able to take my summer crap (literally) and get rid of it, HA!  And I don't mean a horrible juice cleanse, starvation diet, or even a diarrhea explosion, lol!  This is the most "gentile & uneventful" cleanse that you can do all while eating amazing foods and a lot of them.

Things like:

As for my workouts, I hurt my hand back in June and so I've been nursing it until it heals so unfortunately I wasn't able to workout.  Not exactly what I recommend but hey, it worked for me!

But here's the thing, 10 days!  Give me just 10 days to help you get rid of all of that guck that's floating around in your stomach!  What's the worse thing to happen?  You start to feel better than ever?  Your skin starts to clear up?  That's worth it regardless!

If you're wondering what I am going to do to continue to improve, well I'm going to enjoy my family that came into town this weekend (and that means eat and drink whatever I want, yay!  Bring on the party, haha) and then jump on some products come Monday to help me stay fueled throughout the days going forward.  Honestly, AdvoCare's MNS gives me all the vitamins, nutrients and minerals that I need to make sure my body is firing on all four cylinders.  Who wouldn't want that?
